By accessing or using the Michot platform, including mobile applications, websites, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. The Michot Platform
Michot Technologies Inc. (“Michot”) provides a technology platform that enables users to connect for transportation and related services. Michot does not provide transportation services and does not employ drivers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Drivers must meet additional eligibility, licensing, insurance, and background requirements determined by Michot and applicable law.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.
5. Payments and Fees
Riders agree to pay all applicable fares, fees, taxes, and charges. Drivers receive earnings subject to Michot service fees and third-party payment processing fees.

7. Safety and Compliance
Michot may require identity verification, background checks, and compliance reviews to promote platform safety. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

Michot reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate accounts for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.
9. Disclaimers
The Michot platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Michot makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability of services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michot from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which Michot is incorporated.
13. Changes to These Terms
Michot may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
